We reserve the right to amend these terms & conditions without prior notice.

No refund will be made for goods and/or services rendered.

After placing the order you will receive an automated email with our banking details.

The package will only be sent once payment has been received.

Use your name and surname as a reference when making payment.

We do not accept cheque payments, only electronic or cash payments into our account.

We receive an automated sms notification from our bank once payment is received.

The sms from the bank will quote your name and surname as the reference.

All files will be placed on a DVD or flash drive and sent to the closest Postnet or Pep Store.

The training package is sent from our Eastern Cape office.

We do not accept liability for damage or losses during shipping of the package.

Should the package go missing during transit you will have to pay for a new set of templates, plus the cost of the courier service.

The package will be sent via Pep Store or postnet, depending on your choice. The quoted courier prices is for South Africa only.

All material is for own personal use only. You may not modify, duplicate, change, rent, distribute or resell the material in any way whatsoever, either for reward or for free.

Our watermark is embedded in all videos. You may not use our material for training purposes.

You will need a computer/laptop with MS office or open office to view all the files, a DVD player connected to your TV will not work.

Training Manuals

The manuals explain in detail how to manufacture coffins and caskets, including how to stain chipboard so it resembles hardwood. It includes sizes, images, photos and a step-by-step guide. This is also a cost effective way to learn the manufacturing process of a coffin and casket.
